The Hills will be alive with season 5
The word on The Hills is, there will be a season 5. This news comes from a rather unlikely source. Audrina Patridge told People Magazine about this Hills update, then it becomes the “official” word. So, is Audrina Patridge becoming an official spokesperson for The Hills? Better her, than Spencer.
Shooting of The Hills, season 4 is still underway and very current. Season 4 of The Hills will end in December, then everyone involved can breath a little easier and get on with their personal projects that don’t include The Hills in their plans.
Audrina told People Magazine “There is going to be a fifth season.” It seems that the cast of The Hills just found this out for themselves. Patridge also notes that because of the cast’s different interests and lifestyles, this does make producing The Hills more difficult as time goes on.
Because of the popularity of The Hills, many of the cast members have a lot of opportunity to be in other projects now. This makes bringing everyone together for production purposes, very challenging. They are not the close knit group of friends that started out on this journey together, any longer.
Audrina notes, that many of the cast members don’t really want to keep doing The Hills. Audrina wants to do more movies and some other cast members have personal relationships that do not carry over onto The Hills. Presently, LC is involved with someone that can’t be included into the show. As a result, this puts limits and restrictions on LC’s personal relationship.
Over the past few months Lauren Conrad has mentioned a few times, that she has been contemplating quitting her role in The Hills. Lauren’s reasons for stepping out of this MTV project is, she has no personal life that she can keep to herself. Lauren wants to have personal relationships that are not exposed on this ongoing reality series.
About the only veteran cast members of The Hills that seems to enjoy thrusting themselves into the limelight are Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. If MTV had any sense, they would give these two lovebirds their own show to play around with.
In the meantime, The Hills, season 4 is still very much in production. The last time we looked, Audrina Patridge bought herself a new house, moved in and has some crazy idea that she can persuade Justin Bobby to move into the house with Audrina. Stay tuned for the next episode of The Hills. It will be a cold day in The Hills, when Justin Bobby does anything to further his relationship issues with anyone.
